Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Papi Club Pa’ Mi Gente. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase.

Returns

  • We accept returns on certain items only within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with no signs of damage.

Packaging

  • All returns must be shipped back in a box to protect the product.
  • Returns sent in soft packaging (such as poly mailers) that arrive damaged may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit.
  • Store credit will be sent to the email used at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 15-day window
  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Items damaged due to improper return packaging
  • On sale items are final no exchange or returns (final sale)
  • All hats are final no exchanges or refunds

All Hat Sales Are Final

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our products, all hat purchases are final.


We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for hats, including issues related to sizing, fit, personal preference, or change of mind.

Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or if we made an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once reviewed and confirmed, we will replace the item at our discretion.

To qualify for a replacement, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.

The Papi Club is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will be required to resend your order.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
